On September 8, 2020, MALDEF (Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational
Fund) filed an amended complaint on behalf of Diana Reyes Lopez, Maria Guadalupe
Alvarez Guerrero, Ana Morales Audelo, Thalia Bamaca, Elsy Colorado Colorado, and
llcy Fuentes Reyes, which alleged hostile work environment, discrimination, wage
claims, and retaliation against Martin Family Farms. Martin Family Farms vehemently
denied the allegations made by all Plaintiffs. Following a productive mediation, this
litigation was resolved to the satisfaction of all parties.
