Report Recommends Full Investigation of ICE Halloween Party

A Halloween party hosted last October by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) chief Juliet Myers made headlines last year when it was revealed that Myers, as part of a judge panel, awarded the prize of "most original costume" to a Homeland Security Department employee who dressed in prison stripes, dreadlocks and dark makeup.1

A report issued on April 8 by the Majority Staff of the House Committee on Homeland Security recommended that DHS "conduct a full investigation into any and all actions taken by ICE officials that either led to or were meant to lead to the concealment of this incident."
