Saenz who will provide remarks and serve as moderator of a lively discussion with a panel of Texas leaders and experts including: Texas State Representative Rafael Anchia (D-103rd); Dr. Maria Robledo- Montecel, Executive Director of Intercultural Development Research Association (K-12); Yvonne Gutierrez, Vice President for Public Affairs and Government Relations at Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast; and national voting rights expert, Nina Perales, MALDEF Vice President of Litigation.
