Donations to MALDEF are tax-deductible. MALDEF is a 501(c)3 charitable organization. Monies donated to MALDEF support low to moderate income individuals. MALDEF does not accept government funding we operate from private foundation, corporate and individual support.

Now, you can give to MALDEF through your employer.

• Matching Gifts-Most corporations will match or multiply an employee’s gift to MALDEF. Ask your employer how.
• Designate MALDEF as your donor through payroll deductions, the United Way Campaign, America’s Charities, the Combined Federal Campaign (#9926) and California State Employees Charitable Campaign.
• Provide in-kind goods or services
